Valkyrie took home an eight-woman battle during Shine 8 against Amazing Kong, Angelina Love Christina Von Eerie and Yim. Kay beat Nikki Roxx at Shine 10's web-based pay-perview event in May 2013 in a match that qualified her to compete in the Shine Championship. Lexie Fyfe ejected Kay after she interfered during the main event, which featured Angelina Love (an ally) and Rain. Kay returned to Shine 13 along with Ivelisse and was able to win the match in the final against Amazing Kong & Jessicka havok.
